Germany is indeed mourning the death of one of their star soccer players, Robert Enke. He was pronounced dead when he stepped in front of a train. So, apparently he committed suicide. His funeral was held in the Hannover 96 Stadium. Thousands attended his memorial service at the church, and then led a march in his memory down the streets of Hannover, Germany. His death apparently means something to the German people, perhaps since he was expected to play on the German Team in the 2010 World Cup.He was the captain of the Hannover 96 team. He was a very good goalie and been in German athletic spotlights since 2006. This is when he became very famous and began to play with the German National Team.
His wife, Teresa, and adopted daughter, Leila, are his living family members. He had a daughter named Lara, but she died of heart problems at the age of two. They tried replacing her with Leila, who they adopted at the age of 18 months. However, this really didn’t work, because he did end killing himself. However, his wife said she tried to help him out of his depression, but he thought that if he wasn’t depressed, his other daughter might die. Germans really aren’t that smart in my opinion. I mean they kept trying to take France. Although they did take it in 1939ish, my question is, why would they want France? No one wants France, the Vietnamese proved it when they revolted against France.Anyways, his players also knew he had depression and tried to help him out of it. Germany is treating this as if they lost a hero. I really don’t see the whole fuss about it. He’s just some athlete. They come and go more often than rabbits in your yard. They also tend to be too arrogant and smug with themselves. Sometimes you’ll find a real good one, but the sad thing is, it’s not too hard to replace him. That’s my opinion, although its sad he walked in front of a train and took his own life; he’s just an athlete.
Well, you could say that about anything. Well, he's just a musician or Well, he's just a businessman. Anytime a famous person dies, there will be mourning.
