Today in class we continued to work on our presentation that we are r istarting next tuesday. My partner, Kara, and I talked to Bruns about what our chapter was about and some main points that we want to cover. My chapter is basically about how many people and immigrants moved to the Midwest and Northeast, and how due to so much urbanization, so many people cause many problems.
The government tried to help by passing The Americanization movement to try to get people to help and support lowest level in the social class and they also helped by setting up settlement houses in these areas that would help them out.
