Today in class we went over blog topics I learned that the War Goals of U.S was to secure the full independence for Cuba. The Teller Amendment said that U.S. would not take over Cube when the war was over. We felt that taking over Cuba would cost money and we would be taking over the world.Jose Marti was a Cuban leader that pushed pretty hard for Cuba's independent.
