today in class we went on with the movie that we started yesterday.VIDEO QUESTOINS::1.) Causes?people took all of there money out then bought stocks. almost people were involved in the stock market.2.) Story of SMC?people took all of there money out then bought the stocks then took out the stocks and sold them for alot more than they were worth so that they could make lots of money. intrest rates sky rockeded and people found them selfs in trouble because they could not afford it.3.) What is pooling?When people bye stocks then sell it to somebody else for more. they made it for more that it was and were making alot of money or wealth investore pull stock out then inflate it then sell it for alot of money.4.) What did the federal reserves do to help?siad that it was not good because all the money was in margin so they had to keep it that way so that they wouldnt cause that big of a prolbem federal reserves increased the intrest rates, and people could not afford them any more so they found themselfs in big troublemy thought about the whole hng is that it is kinda like life today: alot of people do not have that much money to go out and just bye anything. They have to make wise choices. people use to just be able to go out and bye anything that they felt they needed but now they have to decide weather they are going to pay a bill or put gas in there car. i do think that it will get better but people just need to give it a chance.
