I'm doing the African Americans in WWI.
In april 1917
-African Americans were considered second class citizens
-They wanted to get respect by joining in the war
-They kept getting turned away ever tho we were beginning the war
-126,000 men wouldn't be enough to win the war oversea

-banks and buisnesses failed.
-People couldn't get their money out of the banks
-Dust bowl killed animals and people
-Roosvelt's wife helped the African Americans
