20th- sets the dates for federal government . moves when term stats to finish
21st- repealed the 18th amendment, stopped violence somewhat- made it legal
22nd- limits president to 4 2 year terms- used to be unlimited , founded against dictatorship
23rd- D.C. people couldn't vote for the president , made it legal
24th- outlawed poll taxes, blacks couldn't afford to pay to vote
25th- V.P is president cannot fulfill the job or dies
26th- right to be 18 to vote , 1971
27th- can give themselves pay raises until next election to get the pay raises ]
