We went over the map of europe and then we finished Trey's presentation. He had endangered animals and species destruction and ways to prevent it. Species destruction is when an animal group is becoming endangered or extinct. some of the reasons to worry about it are to keep the circle of life going and like wanting our children to be able to see animals and in their natural habitats. 40% of the of the 44,838 animals catalouged are threatened adn 3,000 of them are classified as critically endangered. Some organizations that help prevent it are the Wild life conservation society and others. We can cut apart sixpack rings, recycle, and not support markets like ivory, coral, and other things that require or cause the death of the animals.
