Today Mr. Bruns was gone, so we had a substitute. We could either work on our Pearl Harbor blog or work on our project if we hadn't presented yet. I decided to work on the blog. I found a source that had a detailed description of what happened on 12-7-1941. It is http://www.historyplace.com/worldwar2/timeline/pearl.htm. I learned that the U.S. had depicted a note that talked about the attack, but were unable to get the message to Pearl Harbor in time because they were having a hard time determining where the Japanese were going to attack. I also learned about the large number of casulties as a result of the attack.
