In St. Johns, Arizona a 10 year old boy killed his father and another man, who rented a room in thier home, in 2008. The boy was eight at the time, he used a 22 caliber weapon. On Thursday he was sentened to in patient treatment and is to be checked up on every 2 and a half years. He pleaded gulity in February to one count of negligent homicide far an trade that dropped the 2 counts of murder. He killed Vincent Romero 29, and Tim Romans 39. Their bodies were found on November 5th 2008.
