Oppertunities.Where did immigrants come from?- Europe, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Russia. Chinese came because of gold rush, railroads, farming, minning and they went to the West Coast. Japanese, West Indines, Jamaica, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.What problems/issues did immigrants face on the trip over and once they got here?- Many died before they got here due to diseases, ship conditions were terrible.Why did some people want to put restriction on immigration? What were those restrictions?-
