In Boise, Idaho, a charter public school is sueing the state of Idaho for banning the use of the bible as a textbook. The state 'illegally barred' the usage of all bibles, cause it was used as an instructional textbook. The Arizona-based Alliance Defense Fund out of Idaho, filed today because of Nampa Classical Academy, the school using the bibles. They claim that they use this new textbook as a source, and not for teaching religion. But the Aliance Defense Fund says the particular school has the choice and freedom to choose their own cirriculum and the bible textbook should not be singled out especially.School Sues State for Banning Bible Use as a Textbook
I think that is completely unfair and that the state shouldnt be able to do that. if the school has been using their own curriculum and has been doing perfectly fine with no complaints until now, somethings a bit strange. i just dont think that that is right at all. if you ask me i beleive that the state just did it to cause comotion.
