United Nations day is actually a holiday which I didn't know existed. It's on October 24 of every year.The United Nations is tryin to create a safer, healthier, more prosperous world in which we live in. They have been celebrated since 1948. This day is not only an american holiday, all members of the UN are recognized on this day.It is set on October 24 because that is the same day that the United Nations Charter was established. October 24 up holds what they believe in and stand 4, mostly world peace. To many today is a very important day.
