today in history we talked about our blog topics about black history month. tara went first and she did a blog about rosa parks. when she was younger she lived in alabama and suffered from poor health. she went to school and then had to drop out to help her grandmother.. when she refused to sit in the back of the bus she was arrested. she asked the policemen why she was being arrested and he said the law is the law. she went and died october 2005.
ben went next and talked about martin luther king jr. he talked abou how he graduated high school early and went on to college to learn phociology.. he also won the noble peace prise after he gave his i have a dream speech.. he was later killed in tennesee. some people though tthat the goverment wanted him dead cause he was stirring up the blacks but that was just a conspricy thoery.
oz beezy went next and he just did a blog about black history month cause he didnt know that he had to pick a certain one.. but he talked about jackie robinson and his baseball carreer. he was born into a poor family and lived in gorgia and play tennis track football baseball and basketball. after his collage carreer he went into the army in an all black unit type thing.
