Renaissance and Reformation
- Took place from 1300-1600
- Started in Italy and then spread through the rest of Europe
- Renaissance means rebirth
- Revival of art, science, and learning did not take place much during Middle Ages
- People wanted to bring back the culture of ancient Greece and Rome
