Monday- Toady we are starting are presentation and the first one is about Italy. The first thing is Benito Mussolini Witch was Italy's Dictator during WWII. He was a very bad child an got kicked out of most schools he had attended. At one point he even stabbed someone with a knife. Fascist Party-Led by dictator witch had complete power over there country. Empathized aggressive nationalism and racism. Tried to intimidate other opponents. Mussolini tried to make an alliance with Hitler but eventuality Hitler stabbed him in the back. Italy went into the war very unprepared and eventually ended up switching sides an becoming are allies. They then went on for two years and helped us fight the Germans.
Tuesday-We are still going over Italy and the affects on WWII they had. 9 power pact protected china. King victor Emanuel was the king before they changed to dictator muslin he was beside Mussolini side mos of the war. Came to power in 1922. Wednesday- First we took a quiz on Italy and there effect in WWII. Now were going to go over a power point on Germany if we have time to. Perrian wen over her power point but most of the information buns went over earlier this week. Hitler fired his generals cause they questioned him. Treaty of Versailles- Gave restrictions to Germany army, also lost tons of land. One of the biggest hits was all the money they had to pay for what damages. Be hall putsch was a march to take over but it was a huge fail for Hitler. Thursday- We are still going over the Germany PowerPoint today. Was in power before Hitler, he hated Hitler very much. Was rumored that Hitler had something to do with his death but actually died of natural causes. Night of long knives was a purge in the Nazis because Hitler thought they were betraying him. Hindenburg died in 1934 and this is were Hitler proclaimed himself the fuhrer(which mean leader). Hitler started making weapons in 1935,dropped out of league of nations. France and Britain stood bye as he built his war empire. Night of broken glass was basically the Nazis lashing out at the Jews, then a 17 year old Jew killed a Nazi and this just gave Hitler more power. Plan z was pretty much a plan to kill Jews.
Friday- We ares still going over the Germany power point. We did a small review over what we learned yesterday. Hitler was known for his very goo speaking. He used the great depression against his people. The Germans were desperate and the German ladies were being raped by Russian soldiers. Used false propaganda and his good speech skills to trick his people. Goebbels had two tasks Make sure no one is Germany saw anything that could hurt the nazi party.
