Monday- 

             -Capitalism and Socialism- An economic system that has private ownership of production, not owned by the government. 5 countries that use Capitalism.....                            USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Ireland. People that are born into poverty have a harder time getting out of poverty. 

             -Socialism- a political and economic system. Everyone is more equal, nobody owns anything but, everyone owns everything. 5 countries that use                                              Socialism......China, Cuba, Laos, Vietnam, and the Soviet Union. A lot of countries that use socialism had the worst dictators. Education system is socialism

              -Oligarchy- Government that is run by a group of people. Examples: Russia, India, United States, Britain, and China.

              -Mixed Economy- A mixture of capitalism and socialism; an economic system combining private and public enterprise. Examples: United Kingdom, Cuba,                                United States, France, and Russia.

Current Events:

         -ISIS is starting to take over Libya and it is the first time that they have gone to Africa.

         -Brian Williams has been suspended for six months. 

         -Russia was starting to take troops from Ukraine. They took part of Ukraine  

         -A guy killed to people and he is part of ISIS. He was a cartoonist. They tend to make fun of the Prophet Ma hummed 

Failed(fragile) states:

       -South Sudan is the most failed state. 

       -Haiti is the most poorest country.

       -lack of property rights

       -the best country is Finland

      -Top ten most failed countries:  South Sudan, Somalia, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Chad, Afghanistan, Yemen, Haiti, and                         Pakistan.

      -Monopoly-  

      -Columbia- half of the country is controlled by the government and the other half by drug people.

      -Infrastructure- roads, buildings etc.

                      History: World War I Part of Ukraine fought on Austria Hungry's side and other fought on Russia's side. After world war, Ukraine became  part of the Soviet                             Union. Ukraine became independent after the soviet Union fell.
