Ashely- FHA-homeowners- Started in ninteen 34. extended morgages- and if the homeowner didnt pay thier mortgage the FHA will pay it off. FHA is a very important administration lowering the homless rate. still insures over 34million properties. and homeownership rate increased. and people were able to live the homeowning dream of the FHA
