London Naval Conference- 1931

Concerned with the agreements reached Washington Naval Conference

The UK, USA, France Italy and Japan attended.

All five agreed to a five year halt on capital ship construction, tighter controls on submarine warfare, and the continuation on the limits on aircraft carriers.
