Today in class we finished watching Planet In Peril. I Lost my first reflective blog so I lost all my information about the movie. Now we picked up on the Rwanda Genocide. Tutsis were favored in the country and the Hutu got mad. They had id tags. They believed the Tutsis were more european like and race. Belgium favored the Tutsis. The assasgination of these two head leaders were in a airplane and ws shot down. Hutu wanted Tutsis gone. Genocide is the mass killing of certain type of people, ethnic group, or religion. NATO cant send in troops just because. 10 NATO forces were shot and killed.
