We all went over the map of Latin America. It will be our last map test and it shouldn't be that hard. We talked a little bit about our assigned blog which I still need to do. It's about Rwanda. I don't know anything about it so I will be learning a lot of new things. We couldn't get the computers out because the internet was down.So today in CWI we watched this video. It was called Planet in Peril. It was about climate change and global warming. They started in Greenland. They said that 80% of Greenland is covered in ice. They also mentioned that the temperature has gone up 8 degrees in the last 10 years. Then they went to Alaska and captured a Polar bear and her two cubs to study them and see what is changing about them and what is affecting them. After that them went to an island in Papa New Guinea. The islands there are disappering. They arn't sure if the melting of the ice caps in the north are making the water levels rise. That's what I learned about today in CWI.
