Today in CWI we watched another video. Bruns also finished with the oral tests over the Canada map. Over a billion amounts of ive melts in Greenland every year. It got a lot warmer than they expected in Greenland so the ice is melting and creating tunnels that go through the ice and then when there is water all the way across the bottom of the ice the ice flows along with the water. The sea leavel in Greenland has increased. You have to be careful when you walk in Greenland because there could be hidden wholes and you could fall right through. In some spots ice spots have diseapeared as much as 40% in the last 20 years. New islands are appearing in Greenland. In Alaska they are trying to find polar bears. It is hard for them to spot them because of the snow and the polar bears are white. Climate Change can be negatlively impacted on humans. In the South Pacific global warming is affecting humans. Life on the island used to be good but now they cant grow any plants or anything to eat. They are dependant on the government for their food. Then class got over so we will finish watching the video tomorrow in class.
