So today in CWI we started by talking about the semester test schedule. He said that we will be taking the test in pairs because of the time issue. My is on Friday during lunch with Payton. Then we talked a little about how our assigned blog is about Darfur, Sudan. After that we moved on and continued watching the movie that we were watching yesterday. The name of it is Hotel Rwanda.So yesterday we just started the movie and it just gave the background of the people and what was going on. Today it started out with him hanging out with some friends when one of his little boys says that there are soldiers on the street. He goes to check it out and some of his neighbors are being hurt. The next day he comes home from work to find his family and neighbors hiding in his garage. They are really scared and one of his kids is missing. He goes outside and finds him covered in blood. He wasn't hurt at all so it wasn't his blood. Then the next day that danger is coming and that they need to leave. He doesn't so then awhile later he, his family, and his neighbors are escorted to the hotel where they threatened to kill his family and so he gave them a lot of money, but it wasn't enough for his neighbors too, so they were headed inside to find more money when the class ended. That's what we did today in CWI.
