Today we continued presentations. Mr Bruns talked about prohibition and how the 19th admendment got started and how it eventually got repealed. He also talked about how a admendment to remove alcohol wouldnt work today. mrs bryan talked about how there was no drinking age in europe which i didnt know, and how people regulated themselves when they drank. They limited the amount of hours a woman could work to 10 hours. Women could work up to 19 hours a day. The secret ballot is when your in a box and nobody could see who you voted for.
