Today we went over the South America map again. Then it talked about the Carter Reps, and how the people just have to wait and see what happens. They don't know, but Global Warming could be causing this. Melting of glaciers might destroy other islands like it. Is it rising seas, or the loss of coral reefs that stops huge waves and storms.There is another problem where there is not enough water, lake Chad. It has shrunk by 90%, now there is only sand. This is the most concrete types of climate change. There might of been something different that may have almost dried it up. Is it a crisis, what are we doing to our world that could make this happen. As lake Chad dissapears many people do not know where to go. We know that Global Warming is happening we just don't know what it is causing it. I think that we may be contributing to Global Warming, but we are not the cause of it.
