Amanda, Megan, Chelsea and I watched The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. It was about a boy named Bruno who moved with his Nazi family to a safer house which was by a concentration camp. Bruno started going out and "exploring" and came about a little boy in the concentration camp that was sitting along the fence name Shmeul. Bruno started taking food to him and playing games with him. One day Shmeul's father went missing and he wanted Bruno to come into the concentration camp and help find him. When he went into the concentration camp he thought it was just a good home resort. But they went into a hut where Nazi's came and took them into this room and said they were getting in a shower but instead they were in a gas chamber and died.
I think this movie was good for the most part but it was also very sad. I learned alot about how the Jews were treated and that they were all burned after being killed. I would recomend this movie to anyone interested in World War 2.
