today we talked about the advantages of the civil war of the north and south, the north has more people which made the army bigger, they were more supplies like weapons and food, they had ahbraham lincon who was a strong leader, they were on their own terriorty, more experience with weapons, they were used to their climate which was pretty hot.
the positive and negative effects of reconstruction, changed the laws to give blacks and slaves more freedom, it was the south had to not only change but they had to start back over from scratch and build back up, amendments 13, 14, and 15 gave the blacks the same rights except that only black males could vote but the women couldnt so they thought it was not right that they gave men rights to vote. the admenments stated that blacks were protected while the south was reconstructed.
this was very interesting because i did not know much of the north and south let alone the north had most of all the advantages.
