Osama bin Laden was the one responsible to the 9/11 attacks on the U.S. Bin Laden was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in the year 1957. He was his dad’s 50th child and the only one born to Mohammad's (his dad) 10th wife. His father started out poor but since he worked for less more people wanted to hire him making him more and more wealthier.
When the Soviet Union attacked Afghanistan in 1979 Osama joined a cause to fight others in the Afghan resistance. He developed a hatred for the U.S during the gulf war near Saudi Arabia, where a U.S base was stationed. He then formed a new group called “al Qaeda” which led to the 9/11 events. He was killed by a navy seal in Abbottabad, Pakistan on May 2, 2011.
