Rodney King beatings
On March 3, of 1991. Rodney King was drinking and driving. He was also speeding. Cops clocked him for about going 100 mph. King didn't want to get pulled over because it will violate his parole of a buglary charge. The high speed chase so intense that their was even helicopters involved. But, they cornered this car. The white officers beated King like no other. After blacks heard about the Rodney King beatings this lead to LA Riots. After all of those problems. After the civil case Rodney King was rewarded 3.8 million dollars.
