Saving Private Ryan is a movie that is set in the Invasion of Normandy during WWII. Just three days after D-day, Captain Miller is given orders that Ryan is to be brought back to the front. A lot of the American soldiers are dying since they are in a fire zone. For the soldiers to survive they have to be in a good shelter/hiding spot. General George Marshall is informed that three of the four Ryan brothers were killed in action and their mother is supposed to receive the news all at once. Later, he learns the the fourth son is missing in action. He sends out orders that Ryan be found and immediately sent home. In the end Ryan goes back home and tries to live a normal life knowing that he was one of the two survivors in his platoon and that's hard for him to deal with.
Rating: 5 out of 5 stars. I thought this was a really good movie. The plot was good and accurate.
