the united states's role in the 1920s/1930s

the washington naval conference was when they signed a four, a five, and a nine power pact.. the countries that signed this said that they would reduce their naval size.

the neutrality acts through the 1930s was how the us stayed out of foreign affairs during the war

the quarantine speech was when they put the japanese peopel in america in camps so they dont do anything

the bases for destroyers was where we gave great britain destroyers in return of naval bases

the lend lease act was where we wouild give great britain supplies but they had to give it back at the end of the war

The kellogg–briand pact (also called the pact of paris) was a multinational treaty that prohibited the use of war as "an instrument of national policy" except in matters of self-defense.It was the result of a determined american effort to avoid involvement in the european alliance system.

In its original form, the pact of paris was a renunciation of war between only france and the usa

japan and china.. japan invaded manchuria, invasion of indochina, incaded a lot of small islands in the pacific

germany and poland.. gemrnay invaded 1/2. soviet union invaded 1/2

germany and france.. germany invaded around the magionot line, france was not ready..

germany and great britain.. germany constantly bombed greaet britain

germany and soviet union,. planning to get the four big cities, they borke their alliance, the soviet people retreated and burned everything so that germany could have it, battle of staningrad
