Today, in class, we did our Republican and Democratic debates again. My side, still Republican, is tearing the place down with our knowledge beyond any other. We went over the issues of...Affirmative action laws, Environmental Laws, something, and Minimum wage. I'm gonna give you a little run down of what I learned. (Only republican views)Affirmative action laws- Republicans believe people should be admitted to schools and hired for jobs based on their ability, not by their color.Environmental Laws- Although no one is against the environment, republicans believe extreme environmental policies destroy jobs and damage the economyMinimum Wage- They think there should be no minimum wage because businesses need to make money
