Al Queda did a bombing on the world trade center that wasn't very succesful.In 2000 Al Queda attacked a US Boat that where 17 people were killed also US embassies. The War in Afghanistan was a retalliation to the Sept. 11th bombing. President Bush was putting focus on Iraq over Afghanistan. Most people in America were optimistic about it, and now with Obama in office he's putting focus back on Afghanistan. Mr, Bruns went over the chapter 5 through 8 rubric.
