We talked about what is expected of our presentations. Have good correct information. Make sure that the class understands what you say. Have good visuals and know you content. This is more of a teaching experience then a speech. Do not have bullets that are more then two lines. Dont put something that you do not understand in your presentation. Try to do something different then everyone else. Get the audience invovled. Rulbic is on the website.Then we had blog discussions. We finished discussing Al-Quida. They had already attacked the Twin Towers back in 1992 with a truck bomb. It only killed a few hundred but they so said "finished the job" in 2001 with the 9-11 attack. 3,000 of them are currently in prision. They want United States and other western countries out of their land.Then we went onto talk about the war in Afghanistan. We invaded it on October 7, 2001 because of the attack on out country on 9-11-01. We have 62-65 thousand american troups currently located in Afghanistan. Tailban and Al-Queada joined together because the Taliban allow tourist to train in their country. So once we found out that the Taliban was invovled in the 9-11 attack we invaded. In 2004 there was a democratic election was held in AF. In 2006 NATO took over the control of the Afghanistan war. Generals are requesting more soldiers or they will lose the war. Obama is probably going to send more troops over to Af.
