Today we listened to Cody Schwery go over his powerpoint that he hasnt done yet because he has been sick. Today is finally getting a chance to do it. He went over the Organized Crime Theory. He talked about why Oswald may have killed Kennedy. People think the mafia in cuba may have had him kill Kennedy because Kennedy came down really hard on the mafia.Next we talked about the assigned blogs we had to do for last week. First we talked about9-11 which was my assigned blog then we talked about Taliban. They came to power in Afghanistan in 1996 and were removed from power in 2001 because we invaded because of terrorist threats in other countries. We talked about how they didnt give women equal rights how they had to have their windows painted black and when they went outside they had to have a male escort with them and had to have every inch of their body covered. They couldnt have any entertainment or fun. Some were even beat. They also had an alliance with Al-Qeada. They are currently located in Pakistan and are gaining power.We also talked a little bit about their leader.
