Bruns finished presentatoin. Jack Ruby was know to say he killed Oswald to do Jackie Kennedy a favor. Warren Commission official investigation of the JFK assassination was headed by Earl Warren. Another person on the warren commission was Chief Justice Senator Gerald Ford who was later elected after Nixon. Nixon's vice president resigned and then ford was appointed then Nixon resigned and then Ford became president, Warren Commission found that Oswald shot and killed JFK by himself with no help and no evidence of conspiracy. The 2nd shot hit governor Connally. Connally said he thinks JFK was hit before he was hit but the shoot was still fired by Lee Harvey oswald. Jack Ruby was not invovled in a conspiracy. There was a picture of Oswald holding the gun he was said to have killed JFK with. Oswald said it was a fake, but later his wife admitted to taking the picture. There was said to be puffs of smoke from the grassy knoll area.During the time of the Water gate all time there was a time when 80% of US citizens thought that there was a conspiracy in the Kennedy assassination so congress decided to reopen the case.The HSCA was the group assigned to investigate the assassination. Their findings were pretty much the same but they decided there could have been to shooters and they also looked into conspiracy unlike the Warren Commission.One of the conspiracy they looked into was the Three Tramps who were hanging around the stock yard right behind the grassy knoll. Two of the three names were E Howard Hunt and Frank Strugis which later worked for Nixon.The next thing we talked about was, was Nixon involved. He was in Dallas the morning of the assassination meeting with Pepsi. Nixon also did not like the Kennedys and if Nixon hated people he tried to kill them.Then we talked about how there is now law congress passed which was the JFK assassination Record collection Act of 1992. It was passed mostly in response the Oliver Stones movie, JFK.
