A sad day in history today, for the U.S.A at least...we talked about 9-11 today at the end of class. We had a sub., don't know his name for sure, but I know he's subbed here before...just can't remember his name. We discussed why the government is trying to get troops out of Iraq, but still putting them in Afghanistan; its because of 9-11, actually. Well, sort of. Mostly because of threats from the Taliban and (insert name of other group that I can't currently remember).For most of class today, we all got on the laptops again to take the Political Spectrum quiz. My computer was complaining about the domain not being available for a good 15 minutes, so I didn't get much done when it finally let me on. Although the internet worked for me right away (a pleasant surprise), I didn't finish taking the quiz or get my reflective blog done in class, so I had to type it all at home.Note to self - c.o.w.s shut down slow, therefore allow time before bell rings to put said c.o.w. away. :) But, I was not tardy for my next class on the waaaay other side of the building; only almost. xD
