He would racially profile Latinos and Hispanics. in 2013 he was charged with the violation of a constitutional right of Latinos by targeting them, he was supposed to end biased practices. He then recently got in trouble for not doing that- in some cases he even mocked the judge. He was pardoned by President Trump, people are upset because they call him a criminal who racially targeted and borderline tortured them.
