today in US History we researched our blog topics. I learned that Lee Harvey Oswald fired 3 shots at JFK, hitting him twice, killing him the third. There is a possiblilty that 2 gunmen fired, but it was never proven. The house select commitee on assassination believes that based on evidence, the Soviet government, Cuban government, anti-Castro Cuban groups, the national syndicate of organized crime, the Secret Service, FBI, or the CIA were not involved in the assassination. evidence does not prove that individual members were not involved. it is possible that 4 shots were fired, the third by another assassin located on the grassy knoll but he had missed.
