Randy Pausch died from pancreatic cancer this summer( http://www.cnn.com/2008/SHOWBIZ/books/07/25/obit.pausch/ ). Before he died, he gave one last lecture at his University(he was a professor) that made the rounds on youtube recently. He talks about trying to achieve your childhood dreams and is very inspiring.
