Terrotorial Loss in Germany was a big thing that happened in the Treaty of Versailles. France and Great Britain got land in Africa from the Treaty. The USA did not get anything from the Treaty because the rebublican senate refused to sign it. Woodrow Wilson was a Democrat. Japan was our allie in world War I, but became our enemy in the 1930s and later bombed Pearl Habor in World War II.

Rheinland was a new country in between Germany and France that they wanted to form. In this land, Germany could not have a military there.

War Guilt clause was where Germany had to admit to causing World War I. Germany felt that this clause was a blame game and they did not appreciate it, they depised it. France was destroyed duringwar, and who else better to blame than the big main country in Europe, Germany.

The League of Nations was designed to keep peace in the world. The United State never joined the League though. We thought that if we were in the League, we would be in all the European Wars, which we didn't want. The League of Nations was made up of Great Britain, France, Italy, and Japan.

Russia lost alot of land in World War 1 and wanted it back. They fought Poland, FInland and all the other countries that took their land.

Germany had alot of cutbacks in the military because of the Treaty of Versailles.
