For our next weekly blog, we are continuing to do it over African Americans.
The first two, were Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King, and those are kind of obvious of who they are. Jackie Robinson was called up for a tryout to get into the MLB. Thergood Marshall was a lawyer. He wanted to go to law school, but he couldn't at first, because he was black. He sued Maryland, because he was denied. He was nominated for the supreme court, and then was elected as the first black.
