Henry Ford was the American founder of Ford motor company, and the father of modern assembly lines in mass production. In 1896 he built his first car the ford quadricycle. In 1914 Ford gave worker $5 an hour which turned out to be extremely profitable, instead of the constant turnover of workers mechanics from Detroit came with their human capital and expertise, which improved productivity.
