Monday - We talked about how the war in Iraq distracted the US from Afghanistan and how now that we are out of Iraq we are focusing on Afghanistan. Then we talked about how many troops were in Afghanistan in each year, after that we talked about the costs and the amount of deaths of Iraq and Afghanistan during Bush and Obama's presidency. Then we watched a video about a woman who used to fight for ISIS that talks about some of the horrible things she saw. And how a hostage of ISIS who lived and talked about how ISIS would whip and even hang some of the children, and that he thinks what ISIS is doing is right.
Tuesday - We took the individual test then did forum posts and talked about the Canada map test that we will take next quarter.
Wednesday - We took the group test
Thursday - We studied the Canada map test and talked about some current events
Friday - no school
