japan wouldnt surrender so we dropped bombs and those that didnt die got radiation sickness
gave billions of dollars to japan to help rebuild so they wouldnt become communists.

germany sank north american ships
turning point was when north american ships started using sonar so they would know whhen ships were coming.
we wanted the german troops to go to colee because it was the closest point to GB and france. so we could get in there.
