1. How did the Treaty of Versailles impact them? Was harshly punished by it because the were blamed of starting the war. They lost land, cut army, had to pay money.
2. What type(s) of government did this country have in the interwar years(1919-1938)? People had great support in the Nazi Party. It became a dictatorship under Hitler.
3. How did their leader, that led them throughout WWII, come to power? He blamed the Jews for their loss in the war.
4. How did this leader change their country(for the better and worse) prior to WWII? Made it a dictatorship
5. What were the goals of the leader? To eliminate all Jews
6. What was the military strategy of this country in the inter-war years(1919-1938)? Using the Blitzkrieg strategy which used tanks and air planes.
7. What role did they play in WWII? Caused war
8. Who were their allies in WWII?
Italy, Japan
, Hungarian, Axis Powers
9. How did WWII impact/effect the country? They lost money, land, and people.

China

1.How did the Treaty of Versailles impact them? Did not get much out of it so they taught their children to hate it
2. What type(s) of government did this country have in the interwar years(1919-1938)? They were nationalist(Chaing Kaishek) and communist(Mao Zedong).
3. How did their leader, that led them throughout WWII, come to power? Mao was first communist leader and Chaing took over after the other leader died.
4. How did this leader change their country(for the better and worse) prior to WWII? Wanted to defeat communism
5. What were the goals of the leader? Wanted to become allies with the communist people in China
6. What was the military strategy of this country in the inter-war years(1919-1938)? To secure natural resources and other economic resources as possible (wasn’t prepared for the war), Defend their best cities
7. What role did they play in WWII? Ally of the U.S.
8. Who were their allies in WWII? England , U.s., Soviet Union, France, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada(Allied Powers)
9. How did WWII impact/effect the country? Many people died from disease and bombing

  1. How did the Treaty of Versailles impact them? Was hoping to gain a sence of security because of thir suffering from world war 1. Got money and land from Germany.
    2. What type(s) of government did this country have in the interwar years(1919-1938)?first Laissez-Faire. The Bloc Nation. France mainly focused on their defense for war.

Great Britian

1. How did the Treaty of Versailles impact them? Great Britian didn’t want Germany to have military equipment or soldiers
2. What type(s) of government did this country have in the interwar years(1919-1938)? Constitutional Monarchy
3. How did their leader, that led them throughout WWII, come to power? Neville Chamberlain gave power to Winston Churchill during the war. He resign
4. How did this leader change their country(for the better and worse) prior to WWII? Munich Conference happened before war

5. What were the goals of the leader? To end Nazism. To take down Germany.
6. What was the military strategy of this country in the inter-war years(1919-1938)? Blockade Germany of getting supplies in and out of Germany
7. What role did they play in WWII? Stood alone with Germany till USSR and U.S. joined war
