When Hitler came to power their made the Nazi party, before then it was
the Weimar republic, Hitler also
made the third Reich.

to power when Von Hindenburg died and he was appointed chancellor

prior to WWII? He made it a dictatorship, Hitler rebuilds the military,
got the economy going again,
