Today i had to take a WTL test and i really dont think i did good. After that i found some information on my project. The fedral emergency relief act was the name given to a program to help unemployed adults. The act was directed under the new deal and was headed by Harry L. Hopkins. Hopkins was a New York social worker. It began in May of 1933 and ended in December 1935. It gave cities 3.1 billion o operate local work projects.
