We watched the video again. Before we started it Mr. Bruns told us that for the semester test we're going to have to know why we didn't put a timetable on the war in Iraq. It's because if our enemies know when we will be leaving then they will just sit tight until we leave and they will build up their forces until we leave.Today the video talked about how boys rule in India. Some families have a ton of kids because they keep trying for a boy. Also they do gender testing when women are pregnant and if it's a girl they will most likely get an abortion. Then it started talking about how way too many children are dying in Nepal. The people think of there children as security. Then need a lot of children to help them out. When a lot of children die the women keep having babies so that they know they will have enough children to help out just in case they keep dying.
