Today we went over what our schedules would be for semester tests. Mr. Bruns said that there isn't enough time for everyone to go separately so we're going in pairs. I'm with Drake on Friday at 12:15- 12:30. It kinda cuts into my lunch time but I'll get over it. We talked about our last assigned blog for the class. Whoo hoo! Well besides the semester blog. For the blog this week we have to talk about whats going on in Darfur.Then we started watching the movie Hotel Rwanda again. We only got to a little bit of it on Tuesday. So far there's this guy named Paul and he's one of the top people at this hotel. He is Hutu but his wife is Tutsi and he has kids. In the beginning Paul is giving a Tutsi a ride and men try to stop the van he is driving but he waves his Hutu flag an makes them go away. So then he has some people over at his house and then his son comes running into the room and say that there are soldiers outside. When he goes to look he sees his neighbor from across the street getting beat up pretty bad. All these Tutsis are pretty scared by now and he comes home and finds his family and a whole bunch of other people hiding so he loads them up in his van after showing one of the bad people that he was Hutu. When he gets there though a guy has his family and all the others on the ground and is going to kill them so Paul tries to bribe the guy with money.
