Today is the first Friday of December. I am totally ready for the weekend. I just hope it wont get too cold or I'm just going to stay inside the whole time. Today was really quiet. Erin, Steph, and Michyla were gone which is nearly half of the class. The rest of us just worked all day on our World War One blogs and and our semester blogs.I decided that I am going to do my World War One blog about the women who aided our country during the war and what their part in the war really meant and stood for. So far I have learned that anywhere from 19,000-30,000 women enlisted into the military during that time. The War Department was completely against allowing women to fight for our country, but the government sidestepped all of the policies and admitted them. Women were enlisted into the military to fight for our country before they were able to vote. That is crazy.
